About Kirt Prete
Hello and Thank you for visiting our Website! A lot my story is on our About Us page, if you are interested have a look! The years go by quickly here at PineRidge and it continues to be fun and challenging to watch the business grow. For myself I often talk about “living the dream”, because as a young boy I dreamed of driving new Fords, which I get to do every day! My wife says I have an addiction to cars and she is probably right. My favorite vehicle is the one that I am driving that day, however the AC Cobra, Mustang and F150 have a special place in my heart. Even with my car addiction my wife and kids are number one in my books! Any chance I can get to spend with them whether it is at home, on a trip, at the lake, on a mountain, on a bleacher, in a garage, on a course, on a court I will do whatever I can to make sure that I am there.
About Michelle Forbes
I moved to Meadow Lake from Sydney, Cape Breton Island in the spring of 2003 because my fiancé (at the time) was offered a job in the Technology Department at the Northwest School Division. I started working at PineRidge in August 2003 in a temporary Receptionist position. Lucky for me it didn’t take long for it to become permanent. After 10 years I was promoted to the Controller position and I still love my job. I love the relationships that I have made with the staff and customers here and I love how involved with the community we are. Since moving here I have gotten married, bought a house and we have two beautiful daughters. As a family we have really started to enjoy travelling. Right now I drive an F-150, which I love, but if I had to choose a dream car it would be a Mustang.
About Bonny Aiken
I started working at PineRidge Ford in August 2014, I like working here because I enjoy cleaning all the pretty vehicles and working with all the friendly and cool people here.
I am proud to say I was born and raised in this great community of Meadow Lake, I am also the owner of a pet dwarf hamster named Ember. I spend my spare time hanging with my family and friends when I am not playing video games or looking at Netflix. Reading and drawing are my passions in addition to playing world of Warcraft with my group, my boyfriend is also a gamer which makes us the perfect couple.
A few of my favourite vehicles are 1967 Chevrolet Impala, my boyfriends 2013 Honda CRV Touring, and my 2011 Ford Focus.
My name is Derek Robertson; I started my career here at PineRidge Ford September 2013. What I enjoy most about working here at PineRidge Ford is meeting so many new faces and
getting the chance to help them find a new vehicle that they want, love and need. I was born and
raised in this beautiful City,Meadow Lake; I don’t know if it’s the abundance of lakes that are only
about an hour away that are keeping me here, or I think there’s something in the drinking water
that has me saying, “Meadow Lake is my early slice of paradise”. Now I know there’s a lot of
people reading this that are saying, “Derek, sounds like you lost your mind”. But, I also know
there are a lot of people that would agree with me too. What you would find me doing on my
spare time would be going to the lake in the summer to swim and in the winter to fish. My friends
are a big part of my life so when I am free I’m usually doing something with my friends, like
camping, lake activities. I’m 21 years old graduated in 2012, I drive a mint 2008 tuxedo black
Ford F-150 Lariat. My favorite vehicle would have to be the Black bombshell F-150 that I’m
I am originally from Livelong SK. My husband and Myself and our 4 children came to the Meadow Lake area in 1995.
I enjoy all outdoors activities, and love fishing. We spend a lot of time at our cabin, with our children and our 4 spoiled dogs.
I came to work at PineRidge Ford in 2016. I have been a Ford Fanatic all my life. I really enjoy working here, meeting new faces and learning something new everyday, as the vehicles and technology are always changing. The staff here at PineRidge are very friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand, thus making here a great place to work.
I love all Ford vehicles, but I would have to say my favorites are the 67 Mustang and the 1979 Ford F150.
Born and raised in Meadow Lake, I joined the PineRidge Team in January 2009 after deciding to make a career change from the banking world to the automotive industry. My position as Financial Services Manager allows me to still iterate my love of banking along with fantastic conversations with long time and new dealership customers.
A majority of my time away from work is spent outdoors as I have two babies, a three year old son and a six year old black lab, both whom are very demanding bosses.…more so than Kirt. LOL
Currently I drive an Edge which is an absolute dream of a vehicle.
I started working at PineRidge Ford in 2013, I enjoy the wonderful customers and coworkers that I have the privilege of working with. I have a Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan. I grew up outside of Saskatoon and moved to Meadow Lake for the job opportunity at PineRidge Ford. I am a barbecue fanatic, if it will fit on the grille I will cook it, barbecuing is a year round event at my house. I have been married since 2003 I have two sons and a daughter that attend Gateway and Jubilee.
My favorite vehicle is Optimus Prime.
I was raised on a farm that my Grandfather had homesteaded, at Colonsay, Saskatchewan. My father and my Uncle farmed together, so I had the privilege of having my cousins as constant playmates. I married a farm boy that grew up on the farm that his Grandfather had homesteaded, in the neighboring Village of Meacham and when we married in 1979, we raised our three girls, in the original farm house, at Meacham, within a 1 mile radius of their cousins, and just up the hill from Grandma and Grandpa’s house.
We farmed there until 1992, and then Cliff and I drove 40 miles in opposite directions to work every day. The company I worked for in Saskatoon, was Clearwater Forest Products, and in 1996 they moved us up to Meadow Lake so that I could work at the Mill site, 20 minutes east of Meadow Lake. I became involved with the Meadow Lake Hospital Foundation in 2004 as a director, and have been instrumental in bringing the Festival of Trees to Meadow Lake every year since, 2006.
All three of our girls graduated from Carpenter High School. Our girls all live in Alberta now, but at least close enough together that we can manage to see all of them when we head to The Edmonton area. I have two sweet granddaughters that I love to spend as much of my spare time with as possible. Cliff and I also like to travel, and in the last few years have cruised Hawaii, the Western Mediterranean Sea, and the East Coast of Canada & the US. We also have enjoyed several trips to Mexico, Canmore, Vancouver, and Vancouver Island.
I joined PineRidge Ford’s Sales team in February of 2004, as a Business Manager. I have worked with many fun, interesting, people in that timeframe, which is pretty amazing, considering when Kirt hired me, I told him I “didn’t really like car salesmen”. Turns out the ones that work here make sure that our customers are treated well and make sure they get the correct vehicle for their needs. Our customers are the most enjoyable part of working at PineRidge Ford, seeing the satisfaction and thrill that owning a new or gently used vehicle gives them, is why I come to work every day. The most satisfying part of my job is delivering a vehicle, and knowing the customer is as protected as he needs to be, and will be able to enjoy his vehicle, with peace of mind, as long as he owns it.
My favorite Ford is the F150 King Ranch, I am lucky that my husband owns one. That means I only have to park my second favorite (right now) the Edge Limited, and it can park itself.
I started working at PineRidge Ford in 2015, I enjoy meeting new people and the challenges faced daily in the Parts Department.
I am originally from Lloydminster, and moved to my cabin in Loon Lake for the position as the Parts Manager here at PineRidge Ford. I have worked in the Parts Department for 27 years at Bumper to Bumper in Llyod. In my spare time I enjoy quadding, snowmobiling and fishing. I have four grandchildren and my wife works for Safeway in Llyod as the Deli Manager.
My dream car is the Mustang GT.
I moved to Meadow Lake in 2013 with my wife and children to pursue my career in car sales at PineRidge Ford. My family and I moved to Saskatchewan from Nova Scotia (where I met my wife Leah) but I am originally from Calgary AB. We really enjoy living in Meadow Lake; the city is very family oriented, the schools are great and we love going on outdoor adventures to the lakes and campsites nearby. In my spare time I also enjoy spending time with my family and watching my children play sports. It is hard to chose my favorite Ford vehicle but my favorite Ford car is the 1967 Shelby GT 500 Mustang and I love the new 2017 Raptor. My biggest passions are cars and people and that’s why I love working at PineRidge Ford. I get to work with great people and buying a new or pre-owned vehicle should be fun and exciting so I find great joy in helping people find the right vehicle for them.
I started working at PineRidge Ford in February of 2015, I enjoy working here because whether we are laughing during downtime or hard at work we always have a good time and when we work together we can solve any problem. I am from Swan Lake, MB but have been living in Meadow Lake for three years now to be closer to work. I enjoy anything that has to do with being outdoors, such as camping, hunting or 4-wheeling in the mud. I have a cat named Felix that I have had for seven years now and is super spoiled like an only child. I live with my boyfriend Cole who I have happily been dating for three years.
I have worked here since 1993, I like working here because the people are nice to work with. I have always been a Ford guy. I also enjoy the challenge of diesel work and of fixing the vehicles as they change over the years.
I am originally from Meadow Lake, in my spare time I like spending time with my wife, family and friends.
